Why did only some players get a personalized evaluation and feedback letters during the spring practices? This would have been helpful for all players. All teams practicing at the same time makes carpooling a lot easier for parents. Fair rotations among all the players. Didn’t think the strategy of waiting for the other team to cross midfield worked. Full court press worked best when they used it.

It was clear the coaches had favorites on the team and acknowledged them for good play more than others. 		Thought they were great. Enjoyed the pizza parties and revs game option. Yes

That if someone is fooling around they get a punishment not the whole team. That we got to scrimmage against people from our own team. We had to do warmups we did in games also in practices.
 I wish coaches would explain the drills and low/mid/high block and press more clearly. I got to play a lot of different positions. That we had to do sprints just because we didn't win by 7 goals. Some were fun but a few didn't make sense. Yes Yes, but sometimes it was hard to understand the different formations.

The organization and communication have been fantastic! I love the many practice opportunities (extra skills practices etc.). Thank you for your commitment and dedication this past season. 		I really can't think of much. I think the coaches did a wonderful job on both teams. Aaron has greatly enjoyed the consistency. As a parent, I love that the teams all practice together so we can carpool. Can't really think of anything. I'll leave that to Aaron... :) I liked it when we got a heads-up about which coach would be a the games. I love end-of-season celebrations (maybe after the last game?) more than after-practice socials - primarily because the games are on the weekend, and the practices are during school nights. Yes We didn't use the site consistently because we kept forgetting. Then I had to go back and sift through the emails. But I love the videos that were created. Maybe we could get a homework schedule ahead of time (at the beginning of the season?) so we can make it a regular thing just like all the other school work? Excellent - thanks very much for making it so easy for us! Via text notification and then I would check my email for the message. Nope. Looking forward to the fall season!

Nothing really, I really like how they coach and teach us more soccer. Something that was fun was playing with other team's and 4 vs 4 exercises in the beginning of practice. I did not find anything I did not like about practice. No, there are no other comments I would like to share. I liked making smart moves that then contributed to goal scoring opportunities. The sometimes trash talk or swearing. No. They were fun and helpful. Yes Yes, I found it helpful. I found it helpful because there were so many instructive videos. No, I do not have any additional thoughts. No thank you.

I think we should Not play on grass fields if it is raining hard. i liked the small sided games and the scrimmages. i did not like when teams in scrimmages were unfair. I liked being able to play a lot of different positions. Not being able to head the ball. i thought it was fun to eat pizza at the end of the season and also to sometimes eat popsicles after games. Yes I think it was helpful to watch the tactical videos.

I liked that the field was small and that the games weren't that long. Not scrimmaging with 6th graders. Lots of playing and the rondos. When a coach was talking for a long time. Nope. That you can score lots of goals. That you can shoot on a kickoff. Nope. Nope. Nope.

He looked forward to all the practices and really loved being apart of this soccer community. Nothing. I thought the program was extremely well organized and Sam was amazing about keeping us parents up to date on everything. Jack just loved being with his peers and improving his foot skills. Jack loved the scrimmages. He said he wouldn't change a thing about the practices. Playing different teams and trying new positions. Nothing. I think Sam is doing an amazing job. His emails are informative and expectations are clear. He was a positive coach and really made Jack feel comfortable and valued. I received most of my information from Sports Engine and details emails from the coach. Thank you thank you for an amazing season.

Maybe one more team should be formed so less bench time during the regular season. The schedule was a bit tough - Mondays and Fridays but can't be helped. yep!

I did not observe many practices but the ones that I did observe seemed well organized and developmentally appropriate. Futsal is fun to watch! I think that the coaching staff did the best that they can in disregard. I was surprised by a few situations when the league did not have a plan for the time of the game until game day (the playoff round). It seems to me that there must be a better way to handle the situation. In the end, it worked out fine but did complicate the schedule of the day overall a bit. I found SportsEngine to be user friendly. I thank the coaching staff for thinking with Sidney about which team is the right fit for him.

We really appreciate the additional, optional practices. The futsal season is short and having these extra practices and games is wonderful. Love having a coach that's so committed to the kids' development that you take time and effort to run these additional sessions. We're also so happy that the team is doing a tournament to get even more games.
 Evan seemed to really enjoy practices. I don't have much detail on how they were run but whatever the coaches did seemed to work. The games this year were much more competitive than previous seasons. It was fun to have some games come down to the last minute or two. It's really tough to have 10 kids for a game. I realize there's not much that can be done. We really appreciated all the communication, especially the weekly e-mails detailing the week ahead in games and practices. Used sports engine and emails. Sometimes tried to use mafutsal site (htgsports). I know none of this was Chestnut Hill's fault but I think it would be great if someone from CHSC could provide feedback to the league. This was a tough season from a logistical standpoint.
* Should have the full December schedule to start the season. Not go week by week as they try and shuffle teams and games, especially ones that are after school is out for break.
* Don't schedule playoff games to start the same morning as the regular season ends so we have to show up not knowing what time we will play.
* There have to be enough teams in the metro Boston area that we don't need to drive to Marlboro for games.		 no need to contact but my email is jeremy.shapiro@yahoo.com

We are truly grateful to the coaches for their dedication, encouragement, and support. Their positive guidance has helped him grow not only as a player but also in confidence and teamwork. Thank you for creating such an enjoyable and motivating environment for the kids! It would be great to give players more opportunities to experience different positions during both practices and games. This could help them develop a better understanding of the game, build confidence in various roles, and step out of their comfort zones. Encouraging more fluid movement between offense and defense, especially in futsal, could also help players become more adaptable. We really appreciated the well-structured and engaging practices. The coaches created a positive and supportive environment where the kids could develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game. Overall, the practices were great, and we truly appreciate the effort the coaches put into guiding the kids. One thing we felt could have been different was giving players more opportunities to try various positions. Our son tends to be a bit hesitant to challenge himself, and when asked at the beginning, he chose to play defense. As a result, he was placed as a defender in every game. While this gave him consistency, we think experiencing different positions could have helped him discover where he excels the most.

We also noticed that during futsal, since there are fewer players, everyone needs to participate in both offense and defense. However, even when he had opportunities, he was reluctant to transition into attack or take shots. We believe encouraging players like him to step out of their comfort zones and explore different roles could be beneficial for their overall development. That said, we truly appreciate the coaches’ guidance and encouragement throughout the season!		 Yes we have been informed in a timely manner of any changes of game/practive time and location, etc. Sports Engine app is nice and easy to get updated

Nothing I liked everything we did, all the drills. I liked having a bunch of different scrimmages. Passing back and forth. Having a challenge by playing against harder teams. Having the teammates I was used to playing with. In the games I liked how at half time they tell you what you are not doing good and what you are doing good. Learning new formations. When I played for White, it wasn't as much of a challenge for me. I would like to stay for the later practices.

I also liked playing tag to warm up. In general, I liked that the coaches were tough but not mean. The wasn't anything boring or unhelpful. I wished I could go to the optional practices but they were too early in the day. I liked how we could sub ourselves on some of the time. I also liked how we could sometimes choose our positions. I like how in futsal the field is short so you can shoot a lot. I was motivated by the game ball. I wish they were longer. no The coaches taught me a lot. I liked how we could play different positions. Thank you coaches!

Monday/Friday practice times were challenging but we were able to make it most of the time with a little help from friends. We generally carpool with other Runkle families, so when all the teams practice at the same time that’s optimal for the carpooling. Please ask Cooper! Please ask Cooper! They looked well run from my POV! The games were fun! Lots of rotation of players and everyone seemed to be having fun. No real complaints/concerns. Sam, bravo on this! Really! Amazing on the communication front!! Best ever!! Emails and sorts engine plus the occasional text message reminder. All appreciated! Thanks for being such a dedicated coach, Sam! It was also really great to have Josh and Simon coaching too! Cooper appreciated all of the coaches! Not necessary, but you’re always welcome to reach out if you want to chat further or have feedback about Cooper.

The games were competitive and Evan enjoyed the practices and his teammates. The joint practices were good. We're happy that Evan got to play with and against kids of different levels. The week of practices ending at different times was hard on our cross-team carpoool. Thought the games were managed well, particularly the subbing. I think the subs should be watching the game instead of playing soccer games in the corner. Team had the right number of kids. Hoping they keep the team size the same for the spring. Enjoyed the social activities. It was great for comraderie. No We showed it to Evan and he looked at it a couple of times. Communication was great. SportsEngine emails and chats. It was great having someone from the high school associated with the team. Wish that was an option for our 8th grader. If you have questions, happy to chat. Thanks for a great season!

I really liked both of my teams. I would change the 5-score limit rule. I would also suggest we play more difficult teams. We also should learn how to stretch before games. Scrimmages were the most fun. The tactical drills helped me get better. Soccer tennis really helped. Nothing I think it would be helpful if I could get additional 1:1 specialized coaching for the main position that I play. Example, if I am playing defense then I can learn more about defense from a HS or former defense player. I like playing soccer so all the games were fun. I didnt like the 5 goal rule. I think we should have played tougher teams. The refs were good Pizza after practices and snacks after the games were really fun. Yes Yes, SE is immensely helpful for communication and updates. The coaches did a great job at keeping parents informed. If possible, I think we should practice against older kids. We will only get better and learn more by playing against better players.

I don't know. I think the different activities helped me learn different strategies and helped me improve my skills. I don't know.
